The apartment is located on the first floor of a luxury and recently rehabilitated building. It is distributed in a big living room with two balconys, three double bedrooms, all of them have wide wardrobes, large independent kitchen with a big terrace, and two complete bathrooms. Its maximum capacity is eight people.
The living room has one double sofa bed and one armchair, two small side tables plus one large dining table, one furniture storage and another one for the TV.
On the main bedroom, which has one suite- bathroom, two 90cts bed are installed. The second bedroom has one 1.35cts bed, a working table with office chair and a bedside table with drawers.
The third bedroom has two 90cts single beds. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. Its side terrace is perfect to enjoy typical food moments.
The second bathroom has a worker shower. The independent dresser is located on a small room. The accommodation has free Wifi, led TV 32”, stereo, safe box, bed linen, towels. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, last one with glassware, crockery, cutlery, juicer, oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, etc. In case there were needs of special accessories (cot, DVD, hairdryer, etc.), please, do not hesitate to request it.
The apartment has been full redecorated at the end of April 2015, by A.S. Moreno. In our prices, all costs are already included: electricity, air conditioner, hot and cold water and Wifi.
